It really couldn’t be easier! Just pick what you want, make your purchase on the site, call in, and we will email you a label to ship your card in any standard envelope or package you choose. We will make the new card, transfer your information from the magnetic strip, transfer the EMV chip to the new card, and ship it back in a custom box along with your original card.
Your new card will work just like the old card, only way more impressive! (except for tap to pay – which you can still do from your smart phone)
Absolutely it is safe! We wouldn’t get anywhere without protecting your information, but for any customer worried about their card while shipping, most financial institutions offer the ability for you to “freeze” the card and it will be unusable until you get it back. We would recommend this regardless of where you buy your new metal card. Saftey and customer satisfaction are very important to us!

Yes, we insure every card when we ship it but even better we offer our protection plan that will cover whatever could happen to your card. If you lose it, bend it, you get a new number, it get compromised, or whatever else could cause you to need a new card we are there for you.
We warranty our cards against workmanship or defects for life. We make quality products and they are designed to last a lifetime; however, if you lose it, need a new number put on it, or are worried about how much you might like your design, buy our protection plan and you will never worry about anything for the life of whatever plan you choose.

It’s actually funny some of the responses we’ve seen and the design you get will determine the type of responses you get as well, but mostly everyone is going to wonder how you got such an impressive card and how they can get one too!
The only thing you might lose if you use it is the tap to pay functionality on the card itself; however, you can still tap to pay from your smart phone. You also will lose the cheap plastic feel of the card your bank issued and you will gain something far superior.
